Carter Worthy approached Special Projects to construct
a custom dining room table for large parties and family gatherings
with plenty of elbow room. The table was constructed of solid
mahogany with maple inlay details on the top. Carter and her husband
participated during the build process by visiting and sharing
their thoughts.
Without the leaf extensions the table is a modest eight feet in
length, with all leaves installed it is over eighteen feet.
